Matt J. Bond is an internationally recognized and award winning independent filmmaker. Operating mostly in the world of run and gun indie filmmaking, Bond has also collaborated with major players such as Universal Studios, The Walt Disney Company and Warner Brothers. Operating primarily out of Southern California, Bond has built a reputation as a versatile creator; directing, writing, editing, and producing a wide range of short films, music videos, and digital series. His personal projects pay tribute to the films of yesteryear, all while spinning his own voice into the project to create a unique genre... a genre that he has proudly coined "Campy Homage".

Liam Connaughton - COO
Liam Connaughton has been a filmmaker since he was a young kid with a camera, a YouTube account, and a dream. He’s continued to make genre-pushing content for years, always looking to add some humor even in the bleakest of subject material, while learning along the way. He’s been collaborating with Towers' CEO Matt J. Bond since middle school and believes his best work comes from when he’s collaborating with the Towers in the Window team.

Beka Bond - CFO
Beka Bond was born & raised in Burbank and carries 10 years of professional theatre and film work under her belt. She graduated from CSUN with a B.A. in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in Film Studies. Beka has a passion for the creative arts, and enjoys experimenting with mixed media.

Claire Flynn - Creative Executive
Claire Flynn is a writer and story consultant specializing in character-driven narratives. Equipped with a background in creative development at Flynn Picture Company (Moana, Baywatch), Claire served as a script consultant for various independent productions throughout her work at the Center for Scholars and Storytellers. Additionally, she not only provided Anomaly Content & Entertainment (The Way I See It, Buried) with book and script coverage, but advised on projects with strong potential to translate from page to screen. Her work is guided by the belief that character is story, and everything else follows.

Jay Gerig - Producer
Jay Gerig first fell in love with acting in Michigan through high school theatre, participating both on and off stage, becoming an ITS Honors Thespian and club president his senior year. After moving to Los Angeles when he was nineteen, he was quickly enamored with the collaborative aspect of filmmaking. In addition to joining SAG within months of his arrival he works behind the camera as a stunt coordinator, production assistant, associate producer, prop and equipment maker, story assistant, and post production coordinator. Towers in the Window tells wildly entertaining stories and Jay is delighted to fill any role that is most helpful to any production.

James Conkle was born in Burbank California, James is an avid lover of audio. He enjoys on set mixing and sound design in post. When not working he can be found going on walks and drinking too much coffee.

Brooke Frank - Choreographer
Brooke Frank is an LA-based professional dancer and choreographer that currently works with various companies across the LA area. She has a BFA in Dance from the LINES Ballet program at Dominican University of California in the Bay Area where she developed her composition skills and discovered a passion for incorporating comedy in her choreography.
